Terms of Service

By using Isleat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and use Isleat only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Orders, taxi and payments

Prices, availability, preparation and delivery times may change. Restaurants and drivers are responsible for fulfilling the services they accept. Applicable totals and fees are shown before payment or acceptance. Refunds and cancellations depend on the order status and circumstances.

Marketplace

Users are responsible for their listings, messages and transactions. Do not post illegal, unsafe, deceptive or infringing content. Isleat may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, impersonate others, harass users, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape protected data or use Isleat to commit fraud.

Service availability

We work to keep Isleat available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every third-party listing is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Isleat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Account termination

You may delete your account in the app. Isleat may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, safety issues or legal requirements.
