Delete your Isleat account
Customer app instructions
1. Open Isleat and sign in.
2. Open Account, then Security.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.
Active orders and taxi requests must be finished or cancelled first. Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, saved payment methods, Marketplace posts and conversations, support messages and completed taxi request history. Completed order records may remain in anonymized form for accounting and legal purposes.
If you cannot access the app, email elisaul@isleat.com from the email associated with the account. We may request information necessary to verify ownership.
